  1. 訂戶完整填寫訂購表格，所填信息包括：機構或個人訂戶名稱、聯絡人、郵寄地址及聯絡方式、訂購期刊名目、期數、數量及金額（注明以港幣或美金支付），並勾選合適的付款方式；

  2. 訂購表格可通過本刊網站在綫提交，或以電郵、傳真或郵寄方式提交至本刊編輯部；

  3. 本刊編輯部工作人員將儘快聯絡訂戶並告知付款詳情及出具發票（如有需要）；

  4. 訂戶按照付款指引繳付款項之後，本刊編輯部將在期刊出版後向訂戶郵寄期刊。

  1. Subscribers fill in the order form completely, including name of individual or institution (with contact person), mailing address, contact information, journal title, issue number, quantity, amount of payment in USD or HKD, and choose the suitable payment method.

  2. The order form could be submitted to General Office of HKUJCS by email/mail, or online via official website of HKUJCS.

  3. The General Office of HKUJCS will contact the subscribers as soon as possible and provide detailed guidance of payment methods and issue invoice if necessary.

  4. The General Office of HKUJCS will deliver the issue(s) once published by air mail after the payment transaction by the subscriber.
